Asphalt Maintenance

We have taken our Asphalt Maintenace to the next level by shooting for perfection.  Our maintence program is completed in a meticulous step-by-step method.
  1. Inspect all equipment to be used.
  2. Prepare the pavement for sealer by cleaning with mechanical brooms and high power blowers. 
  3. Clean any vegetation and prime oil or fuel spots on the asphalt.
  4. Repair any cracks with a hot pour crack sealant. (optional)
  5. Adjust mix design of sealer and additives for weather and customer demand.
  6. Correct any mistakes immediately.
  7. Create perfect edges at adjoining properties or roads.
  8. Advise customers on the care of their newly sealed surface.
Remember,  as long as pavements are subjected to environmental factors and traffic they will experience deterioration and eventual failure.  It is important that asphalt surfaces be maintained regularly.  Please, call our office for free quotes.
